Camp Hawley
Camp Hawley was located on a peninsula in Kinderhook Lake, Columbia County, and was 20 acres in size according to a 1925 Camp Brochure. Camp Hawley was outgrowing its limited size by the late 1940's when the decision was made to sell the property and invest in a larger camp. In 1949 the proceeds from Camp Hawley was used to purchase Stratton Mountain Scout Reservation in West Wardsboro, VT.
