About Us

Paul D. Albertine - A Castleton-on-Hudson resident all of my life (minus a little time in Fort Huachuca, AZ). I have a lovely wife, Darleen J. (Cummings) Albertine, and four children: P. David II, Jenna Leigh, Daniel J. and Dustin "Dusty" J. Both my wife and I graduated from Maple Hill High School, she in 1979 and myself in 1977.

Family history
I am the son of Paul K. Albertine and Joanne N. (Bennett) Albertine, also from Castleton. Grandson of Paolo A. Albertine and Lulu May (Liebert) Albertine, and also of Waldo Bennett and Ester (MacMillan) Bennett.

I can trace my roots back several centuries to Cornelius Van Buren (b. 1632). My ancestors include Revelutionary War Veterans Pvt. Philipus Van Buren (on my father's side) and Captain Jack Bunker (on my mother's side). Although not a decendant of President Martin Van Buren, we have common ancestry.
